Location

The Windmill plaza is located at 109 Main Street, Route 28, in West Dennis, just beyond the Bass River Bridge, and the intersection of Route 28 and North Main Street. It is easy to access to the Mid-Cape highway, Route 6, via Exit 75(8), Station Avenue. Also, the property is just a little ways west of the intersection with Route 134, which is Exit 87A(9A).

Zoning at the Windmill Plaza is Mixed Use Marine, which allows, by right, for gift shops, specialty clothing stores, ice cream shops, professional offices, art gallery and more. Other uses are allowed by special permit, including restaurants, retail, amusement arcade, markets, recreational equipment sales and rentals and dance, music and art schools.
